Returns Policy

Our returns policy is for damaged goods and applies for 30 days from date of purchase.  We offer replacement of damaged goods.  We do not offer refunds or replacement for change of mind purchases. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your damaged item must be returned.  Please note; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your product purchase exceeds 30 days from date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange.

Sale items
Sale items may not be available for replacement.  In this instance, a credit or item of similar value will be offered as replacement.  Only regular priced items may be exchanged like for like.


Replacement policy does not apply to products that are used, or considered for intimate or sanitary use.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Cosmetic, personal care items, intimate and sanitary goods cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and reviewed, you will receive confirmation via email.  You will be notified of the outcome of review of your damaged item.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed.

Damaged Goods
Items that are defective or damaged may be replaced. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same item.  Please send an email to containing proof of damage or defection to receive further instruction within 30 days of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
